Luke 6:38 – “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
Blessings. As a child of the King, we know we have them in our life. But when was the last time you actually stopped to think about them and try to count them? This side of never, if I was to guess – because I am just as guilty.
We get up every morning and take a hot shower, eat breakfast and drive in our cars or walk to where we want to go. Have you ever stopped to consider the people who don’t have hot showers, food to eat or the ability to get around?
The blessings that we experience are innumerable. Our Heavenly Father has truly blessed us just as He said He would here in Luke.
So today, princess, take a few minutes out of your crazy schedule and “count your blessings – name them one by one. Count your many blessings see what God has done.” (From the song – Count your blessings)

  1. Princess – I just returned from an 8 day mission trip to Belize where our primary focus was to distribute shoe boxes to children. I am so glad I came across your blog, because it exactly describes the result of our trip. We gave so little and got so much more as a result.

I have been more thankful lately than usual due to my focus on preparing my heart and mind for this fabulous opportunity, but I know I need to thank the Father more for his bountiful blessings on my family, my church, my community and myself. You are a voice of faith in a medium where it is easily sidelined due to all the hub bub and evidence of the Enemy’s strength.

I pray you find God’s favor in your pursuits here and share Christ with every reader. God loves you and so do I for being so bold!
